Bio :
Haqdev is dramatic and grandiose. He deliberately adopts the cadence and manners of a Saturday morning cartoon villain and has no qualms about others treating him as such. That being said, when given opportunities to actually murder, rape, or otherwise do something actually evil, he will find an excuse for not doing so while playing it off as “part of a grand plan” to destroy the protagonists.
