Bio :

Her personality is best described as calm, quiet and studious type.
She is very intelligent and hardworking.
She generally maintains a neutral expression but she is still very much capable of emotion.
She just doesn't often show it unless it is around people she knows.
She does have a particual quirk about her that came about as a result of an accident.
There are some of her friends that would sometimes surprise and tease her while she was working.
In order to counter this Rebecca created a device that could help her in the event someone came to tease her again.
Then came the time she used it.
However the girl that came to find her after that was Noelle, oldest daughter of the Purelands.
The device tied up Noelle very tightly.

Rebecca saw this through a surveilence device she had set up and
she went to untie her right away but forgot to disarm the device.
When she approached Rebecca herself got caught and was tied up tight.
The two stayed like that for awhile until the safety activated and untied them.
After apologizing Rebecca returned to her room and decided to look over the footage again.
Seeing Noelle and herself squirmming and struggling in the tight ropes triggered something in her and
she gained an interest in not only putting other girls in distress situations but herself too.
