Bio :
Her personality is best described as being rather care-free.
She always tries to make the most of any situation.

Celes is a spirit, a bondage spirit. She enjoys the act of tying someone up or watching them get stuck.
However she also loves and enjoys the act of being tied up or getting stuck herself,
or both at the same time. She feels that each act should go hand-in-hand,
the act of tying someone up and the act of being tied up. Otherwise it can't be enjoyed.
This enjoyment seems to be a pure, innocent and happy feeling for her.
She is in no way sadistic in nature.

Celes used to dress in a revealing bondage style outfit after she gained human form but
has since decided to wear her current blue dress with white apron and boots.
Both outfits are a reflection of her personality; the bondage outfit reveals her open willingness
to play with bondage, both by herself and with others; and her blue dress and white apron,
which reflects her innocence and how naïve she is.
